Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of store sales and management experience.
At least 3 years of cross-cultural management experience.
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in building materials preferably ceramic tiles or sanitary ware.
Experience directly managing a team of 10 people.
Proven record of independently managing a showroom with monthly sales exceeding USD 100000.
Age: below 40 years.
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
Excellent command of English (listening speaking reading writing)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Skilled in business communication via email.
Deep understanding of the entire store retail process.
Knowledge of marketing theory methods and techniques to improve sales performance.
Strong retail promotion and brand promotion experience.

Oversee the functionality of IT systems and showroom equipment.
Track stock movements (inbound/outbound transfers sales) to prevent shortages.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for timely replenishment.
Ensure accurate labeling and well-organized product displays.
Lead sales and service teams to improve customer experience.
Maintain and update customer databases and visitor records.
Manage wholesale and project orders coordinating delivery logistics.
Optimize product displays layout and customer flow for sales and aesthetics.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
Train staff in sales techniques customer service and inventory management.
Monitor employee performance KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage operating costs and expenses to ensure profitability.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Manage showroom staff performance KPIs and employee relations.
Coordinate with warehouse planning and logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Develop and execute online promotion strategies (e.g. Douyin and at least three other online platforms).
Handle crisis management—report proactively to management in case of sales shortfalls or operational risks.
