Job Description

Job Title:

Kenya Micasso Brand Store Manager

Education Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of store sales and management experience.

  • At least 3 years of cross-cultural management experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in building materials preferably ceramic tiles or sanitary ware.

  • Experience directly managing a team of 10 people.

  • Proven record of independently managing a showroom with monthly sales exceeding USD 100000.

  • Age: below 40 years.

Professional Skills

  1. Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.

  2. Excellent command of English (listening speaking reading writing)

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).

  4. Skilled in business communication via email.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the entire store retail process.

  • Knowledge of marketing theory methods and techniques to improve sales performance.

  • Strong retail promotion and brand promotion experience.

  • High stress tolerance achievement-driven personable and detail-oriented.

  • Strong analytical decision-making and crisis management capabilities.

  • Ability to summarize and analyze information effectively.

  • Analyze and anticipate customer purchasing behavior to drive sales.

  • Plan sales strategies innovate sales models and organize store promotions.

Main Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Management

  • Oversee all sales and marketing activities in the showroom.

  • Execute marketing campaigns within budget to maintain market leadership and drive growth.

  • Develop and implement product promotion strategies and event plans.

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain reporting systems (daily weekly monthly).

  • Ensure payment processes comply with company policies while safeguarding staff and customers.

  • Oversee the functionality of IT systems and showroom equipment.

Inventory Management

  • Track stock movements (inbound/outbound transfers sales) to prevent shortages.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for timely replenishment.

  • Ensure accurate labeling and well-organized product displays.

Customer Service & Satisfaction

  • Lead sales and service teams to improve customer experience.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and visitor records.

  • Manage wholesale and project orders coordinating delivery logistics.

Showroom Presentation

  • Optimize product displays layout and customer flow for sales and aesthetics.

  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.

Team Management

  • Train staff in sales techniques customer service and inventory management.

  • Monitor employee performance KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards.

Cost & Profitability Control

  • Manage operating costs and expenses to ensure profitability.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Train and motivate the team to achieve sales and performance targets.

  2. Manage showroom staff performance KPIs and employee relations.

  3. Coordinate with warehouse planning and logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  4. Develop and execute online promotion strategies (e.g. Douyin and at least three other online platforms).

  5. Handle crisis management—report proactively to management in case of sales shortfalls or operational risks.
