Job Description
Our Ambassador will:
- Support senior chefs in operating kitchen sections ensuring food quality presentation and preparation meet established standards.
- Organise and manage assigned sections efficiently while maintaining flexibility across all kitchen areas.
- Prepare and cook food orders including staff meals with urgency and consistency while following hygiene and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas monitor stock control wastage and follow standard recipes for cost efficiency.
- Assist with menu planning cost estimation supply ordering and enforcing food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications :
- At least 18 months experience in a similar role (preferably 5-star) with a Level 4 National Certificate in Professional Cookery.
- Physically fit able to work long shifts weekends and public holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong organisational communication and interpersonal skills projecting a professional image at all times.
- Willingness to learn undertake further development and support training of staff.
- Resilient under pressure maintains effective stress management and builds rapport easily.
