Job Summary
Are you an AML expert with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for investigations As an AML Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes. Through the 4-eye principle youll review EDD profiles identify potential errors and provide valuable feedback to the relevant teams.
Your playing field
- Conduct thorough 4-eye principle reviews on all Analyst cases identifying and resolving issues to prevent compliance breaches
- Ensure daily checks of monitoring reports taking proactive steps to mitigate compliance risks
- Take ownership of creating STRs working closely with the Compliance team to ensure high standards in every submission
- Assist in training initiatives sharing your expertise to uplift the team and ensure a high level of competence across all roles
- Handle escalations from Analysts resolving complex issues and ensuring smooth operational flow
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure all processes and outputs align with compliance standards.
