Job Description
To drive the expansion fulfilment and profitability of mortgage products within the Personal and Private Banking segment by leading strategic business development efforts optimizing fulfilment operations and cultivating bulk acquisition opportunities and high-impact partnerships. The role requires strong relationship-building capabilities stakeholder engagement and a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver outcomes through others.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First degree
Experience Required
- Minimum 57 years experience in mortgage sales fulfilment or product/channel development within a financial institution.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage operations credit risk and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing diverse stakeholders across internal and external environments.
- Track record of business growth process enhancement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
