You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailManage the end-to-end renewal cycle for assigned accounts ensuring timely closure of contracts.
Achieve and exceed renewal sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and reduce churn.
Collaborate with account managers customer success and technical teams to resolve customer concerns before renewal.
Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and sales pipeline in CRM.
Negotiate renewal terms pricing and contracts in line with company policies.
Track customer usage patterns product adoption and satisfaction levels to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide insights and feedback from customers to product and marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with all internal processes documentation and governance requirements.
Bachelor s degree in Business IT Sales or related field (MBA preferred).
5 8 years of experience in B2B IT sales with at least 2 3 years in renewal/retention-focused roles.
Strong knowledge of SaaS cloud solutions or IT software products (e.g. enterprise software subscription-based models).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights for retention strategies.
Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field.
