Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor responsible for driving people strategy building organizational capability and fostering a positive work environment that supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment onboarding payroll employee relations and exit processes.
Design and implement HR policies procedures and best practices to support organizational growth.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
Support employee engagement grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations..
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Requirements:
- Master s / Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience candidate with 23 year.
