About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager with 3 years of experience to join our this dual role you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements managing project timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams helping to translate business needs into actionable project plans and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories use cases process flows and system specifications
- Conduct gap analysis identify process improvements and propose practical solutions
- Support product and development teams during requirement clarification and validation
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business needs are met before deployment
- Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines resource allocation and deliverables
- Coordinate and lead meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
- Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs
- Manage scope changes stakeholder expectations and project documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
- 3 years of combined experience in business analysis and project management Proven ability to gather and document requirements using various methods (e.g. interviews workshops surveys)
- Experience with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong proficiency in tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Project or Trello
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience working in software/IT or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g. Balsamiq Figma Axure)
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI)
- Certification in PMP CSM or CBAP is a plus
