Your Role in the Story
As our Cluster Director of People & Culture youll be at the heart of shaping the teams and culture that bring our two unique hotels to life. Youll ensure every touchpoint from recruitment and development to engagement and wellbeing reflects our values and supports both our people and our business success.
This role is about people leadership with a creative edge: building talent fostering a culture that scales with our growth and creating an environment where every team member contributes to making LUURA unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all People & Culture practices policies and procedures comply with local legislation industry standards and company values.
- Prepare monthly reports set budgets and forecasts and contribute to annual business planning with the leadership team.
- Develop staffing plans liaise with agencies and lead recruitment assessment and selection of management and key roles.
- Design competitive wage and salary systems oversee payroll and benefits and review market trends to attract and retain talent.
- Act as an internal consultant for grievance resolution collective bargaining and employee representation ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Implement performance management systems review promotions and prepare succession plans for middle and senior management.
- Identify training needs design and deliver programs and equip employees with new skills for evolving business demands.
- Foster a strong workplace culture through communication recognition programs newsletters and staff social activities.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations employee welfare initiatives and staff facilities.
- Recruit coach and mentor P&C team members conduct performance reviews and build high-performing professional teams.
- Lead regular departmental meetings ensure open communication channels and drive cross-department alignment.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management adapting to evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For
- Minimum of five years at a similar role in luxury hotel.
- Bachelors degree.
- Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.
- English fluency.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform critical analysis.
- Naturally warm friendly and attentive.
