Your Role in the Story
As our Cluster Director of Finance youll be at the heart of driving the financial health and long-term success of these two unique hotels. Youll ensure every aspect from forecasting and budgeting to controls and compliance runs seamlessly safeguarding our standards of accuracy transparency and accountability every day.
This role is about financial excellence with a strategic edge: delivering strong results while providing insights stewardship and guidance that help shape the guest experiences and business performance that make LUURA unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies budgets and forecasts aligned with the hotels overall business objectives.
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with IFRS company policies and local regulations.
- Safeguard assets through strong internal controls risk management and adherence to audit governance and tax requirements.
- Manage treasury and cash flow optimizing liquidity banking relationships and investment opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team fostering professional development accountability and cross-functional financial understanding.
- Support pre-opening and ongoing operations with financial planning vendor negotiations capital expenditures and ROI evaluations.
- Partner with the General Manager Executive Committee owners and asset managers acting as a trusted business advisor and risk advocate.
- Provide strategic insight through performance reviews variance analysis cost optimization and profit improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with auditors regulators and third parties ensuring transparent communication and compliance.
- Ensure payroll accounting records and balance sheet reconciliations are accurate transparent and delivered on time.
- Drive organizational financial literacy by coaching non-financial managers and training leadership teams in financial performance.
- Represent Finance in management forums contributing to strategic planning business growth and the scaling of sustainable financial practices..
Qualifications :

- Minimum of five years at a similar role in luxury hotel.
- Bachelors degree.
- Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.
- English fluency.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform critical analysis.
