Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Operations Assistant supporting our Real Estate Operations Manager across Informas global portfolio. This role offers comprehensive in-house training on real estate essentials internal systems and processes for a motivated professional ready to grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Global Real Estate database
- Handle lease administration and documentation
- Process financial transactions and vendor administration
- Coordinate and support Real Estate projects
- Administer business rates and property matters
- Maintain Real Estate software and systems
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team
Qualifications :
About You
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and genuine team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Ready to learn and develop new skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in commercial Real Estate (not essential)
