David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Country Manager.

Location: Remote within Colombia Panama Peru Argentina

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement business development strategies tailored to the local market in alignment with broader regional goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and adapt the companys value proposition to meet the needs of partners or affiliates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Compliance Marketing) to create and execute localized promotional campaigns.
- Recruit train and manage a business development team with clear objectives and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Oversee team performance using CRM systems dashboards and regular coaching sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Implement acquisition activation retention and support strategies including referral programs onboarding processes and educational sessions.
- Take ownership of key performance metrics such as revenue growth client acquisition partner activation and retention rates.
- Ensure accurate and organized CRM data management and prepare consistent performance reports.
- Provide regular updates on performance risks and forecasts to regional leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
- 610 years of experience in business development partnerships or sales preferably within digital finance technology or other high-growth industries.
- Proven track record working with partners affiliates or commercial networks in regional or emerging markets.
- Strong leadership experience managing small to mid-sized commercial teams.
- Analytical and results-driven mindset with expertise in performance metrics and process optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
