The Consumer Products Benefit LAC team is focused on delivering high-value travel benefits that drive issuer and cardholder engagement across the region. As the Travel Benefits Manager you will enhance cardholder experiences across every stage of the travel journey from planning and booking to airport in-transit arrival and post-travel recovery.
You will work closely with vendors product leads and market teams to source and manage relevant partnerships design benefit packages and ensure the portfolio delivers value exclusivity and ease of access- especially for affluent and high net worth cardholders.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Economics or a related field (MBA preferred)
5 years of experience in product development vendor management payments travel or loyalty programs
Strong understanding of travel-related partnerships and cardholder benefit ecosystems
Proven track record managing strategic vendor relationships including contract negotiation and performance oversight
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and across regional markets
Fluency in Spanish and English required Portuguese is a plus
