Guest Service Agent Part Time

Were seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable guest experiences thrives in a team environment and enjoys working in a stunning beachfront location.
What youll do:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in check-out and reservations
- Handle payments enquiries and guest accounts accurately
- Provide local recommendations and ensure a positive guest experience
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to support smooth operations
- Deliver professional and efficient service at all times
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a positive team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
