We are seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to effectively organize and schedule maintenance work to support the operational needs of our South Charleston Plant. This role is responsible for developing job plans procuring necessary parts and coordinating work schedules with production teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The successful candidate will apply sound business engineering and maintenance practices to optimize capital and human resources in alignment with safety regulatory and Responsible Care standards.
Plan and schedule maintenance work to reduce downtime and control costs.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient execution of work.
Manage part procurement and tool inventory to support maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards.
Participate in inspections and incident follow-ups to maintain a safe workplace.
Oversee contractor work and support annual outage planning and execution.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in plant systems.
Support quality assurance by ensuring repairs meet established standards.
Education:
College degree preferred
Skills:
Team player with strong work ethic high level of engagement and able to work with diverse groups including plant personnel internal functional groups and external vendors
Basic computer skills (MS Office Applications). Intermediate proficiency using with Word Outlook and Excel
Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Basic skills in English (writing and speaking).
Ability to prioritize work attention to detail.
Experience:
3 plus years of experience in chemical manufacturing/handling preferred.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $69000.00 and $115000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Full-Time
