GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision the Payroll Manager provides support services to managers supervisors and employees in the areas of Payroll. Position serves as a source of information and expertise in the administration of People Experience (PX) policies procedures practices and related disciplines and provides solutions to workplace issues that support the Companys operating principals while ensuring legal compliance with applicable workplace laws.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations.
Manage payroll for a high-volume hourly workforce including shift differentials and overtime.
Collaborate with HR Finance and Operations to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
Maintain and improve payroll systems and processes ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws tax regulations and internal policies.
Lead audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with global teams to align payroll practices and support international expansion.
Ensure seamless integration and data accuracy between payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills education and/or abilities required for the job:
5 years of payroll experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with a large hourly workforce is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing multi-state payroll; global payroll experience is a plus.
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll platforms (e.g. ADP UKG SAP). Paycom highly preferred.
Excellent understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communications skills & techniques.
Effective planning & organizing skills; ability to handle multiple task/duties.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to maintain a positive professional cooperative demeanor conduct and working relationship with peers management employees and other individuals that interact with this position.
Ability to comply with Company policies procedures work rules and protocols.
Ability to adapt effectively to workplace changes and new job duties/responsibilities.
