About the Job:
- Providing support and advice to all companies on tax matters
- Professional support for M&A transactions and subsequent integration regarding tax issues
- Assistance with corporate law changes/restructuring within the group
- Professional support with ongoing tax issues
- Review of tax returns for all German group companies
- Contact person during tax audits
- Participation in special projects
About You:
- Completed degree in economics
- Successfully passed tax advisor exam
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an auditing/tax consulting firm and/or in an internationally active industrial company
- Independent structured and careful working style
- High self-motivation and strong team skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- Proficient in German both written and spoken and ideally good English skills
