Deine Position
Our Analytics Platform team is the backbone of our companys data-driven culture. We design build and maintain the central nervous system for all our reporting data: the analytics stack that handles everything from ingestion and transformation to reporting. Our mission is to act as an enabler empowering business domains across the organization to develop their own analytical solutions independently and efficiently by providing them with a robust scalable platform and expert guidance.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Working Student to join our journey. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to learn how a modern analytics platform is built scaled and maintained to serve an entire organization. You will be an integral part of the team contributing to real projects and learning the practical side of reporting data engineering and platform development.
- Support the Platform: Assist the team in developing and maintaining our core analytics stack including data ingestion pipelines transformation jobs and reporting infrastructure
- Write Code: Contribute to our codebase (primarily in Python) to automate processes improve data quality checks and build new features for the platform
- Enable Teams: Act as a point of contact for our business domain teams helping them with their SQL queries data modeling challenges and best practices
- Improve & Document: Help us improve our platform by identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to our technical documentation to ensure our tools are easy to use
- Learn & Grow: Actively participate in team meetings learn about our architecture and absorb as much knowledge as you can from our experienced engineers
Dein Profil
- Current Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Business Informatics or a related field
- Coding Experience: You have hands-on experience writing code from university projects or personal projects. Experience with Python is a strong plus
- SQL Fluency: You are comfortable writing SQL queries to select join and transform data
- Eagerness to Learn: You have a genuine passion for data and are highly motivated to learn the ins and outs of building a scalable analytics platform
- Team Player: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others to solve complex problems
- Language: Fluency in English is required German is a plus
