The People Services team (you would know them as PAC our People Advisory Centre) is the heart of employee support within People & Culture handling all employee HR queries. PAC aim to provide timely accurate and consistent advice ensuring a positive experience for every Bendigo Bank employee.
Were thrilled to announce a fantastic secondment opportunity for a People Consultant (Service Delivery) to be part of an uplift project until the end of June 2026. The key focus of this role working closely alongside the PAC Operations Manager is to uplift PACs Service Delivery to the business for people enquiries. Heres whats in scope:
Youll be creating content that will provide top-notch advice and improve support to our colleagues helping them navigate policies procedures and more! Youll be creating self-service tools that will educate staff and leaders contributing to a culture of empowerment and regularly sharing insights to enhance PACs services.
This role will combine your capabilities to understand the needs of our business from a people perspective and write clear instructional content in the form of user guides. Youll also get to flex your curious mindset on the use of AI tools in this space setting BEN up to optimise AI usage now and into the future.
This role can be based in Adelaide Bendigo Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.
