Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with an established history of high performance who wants to work in a fast-paced organization. The Seattle-based role will support two Directors in our Amazon Pharmacy Operations team.
This EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and will proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is a given.
Key job responsibilities Role responsibilities include core tasks; managing multiple complex calendars planning and organizing events of all sizes creating a positive team environment and as well as coordinating domestic / international travel.
A day in the life 5 days a week in office
- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements - Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
