Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support the development customization and maintenance of our PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interfaces Integration Broker and SQR.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain customizations interfaces and reports in PeopleSoft HCM.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create and modify PeopleCode Application Engine programs and other PeopleTools objects.
Perform unit testing troubleshooting and debugging of developed solutions.
Collaborate with functional analysts to support upgrades patches and ongoing enhancements.
Ensure adherence to development standards and change management procedures.

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in PeopleSoft development ideally in HCM modules.
Proficiency in PeopleTools (PeopleCode App Engine App Designer etc.).
Experience with integrations (Integration Broker Web Services etc.).
Strong SQL skills and understanding of PeopleSoft database structure.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
