Job Summary

KRG has partnered with a full-service law firm in downtown Buffalo to assist in their search for an innovative AI Developer Lead to drive the next generation of intelligent solutions. This role will lead the design and delivery of AI-driven applications-from model development and coding to user interface implementation-enhancing automation analytics and decision-making across the firm. Youll collaborate closely with business and IT teams to create robust user-friendly tools that advance the firms technological edge.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who combines deep expertise in AI model development data engineering and full-stack JavaScript development with the ability to manage projects from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities

AI & Software Development Leadership

Lead the end-to-end design development and deployment of AI models-from data preparation and training through coding testing and user interface creation.
Guide projects involving natural language processing (NLP) predictive modeling and automation within legal and operational workflows.
Build intuitive front-end interfaces and web applications to deliver AI-powered solutions to end users.
Mentor developers and data engineers on AI development practices and best-in-class software engineering principles.

Data Engineering & Integration

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support AI and analytics initiatives.
Engineer secure cloud-based data environments and integrate APIs across firm platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize data flows and ensure the integrity of datasets powering AI solutions.

Automation & Web Development

Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular ) to develop and maintain interactive tools and dashboards.
Implement automation and workflow tools that enhance data-driven decision-making and reduce manual processes.

Analytics & Visualization

Develop advanced dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Python for data visualization and insight delivery.
Communicate complex technical results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
