Job Description
- Asphalt/Hot mix & or chip sealing experience
- Licensed operators - prefer experienced roller operators.
- In addition truck drivers with the following experience
- - Dump and tipper truck experience
- - Water cart experience
- Experience in compaction methods including the use of handheld machinery
- Ability to operate construction plant including pavers and rollers
- Familiarity with all site safety with regard to asphalt and surfacing work and have demonstrated experience in applying Health & Safety methods on surfacing projects.
- Truck Licence preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills and prior experience working in surfacing teams would be advantageous.
- This will be outdoor work so you will need a history in general outdoors labouring.
- The ability to grow skills across multiple areas of the surfacing team and work within high performance teams
