Position Summary:
The IT Manager reports into the CFO and is in Charlotte NC. Responsible for the governance (definition implementation and oversight) of PHTs information systems to improve overall efficiencies. While working with outside vendors to ensure equipment hardware software is updated and meet the companys needs. Ensure that all locations are under same standard as corporate and in compliance.
Job Description (general items but does not include all job duties):
- Develop update and implement IT policies and best practices
- Identify and recommend procedures and systems to improve efficiency
- Manage contract - controlling costs and budgets regarding IT systems
- Partner with outside vendors to support installations upgrades and configurations of hardware and software
- Manage and request purchases for Capex related to IT (example: servers firewalls switches etc)
- Review and monitor Network Tickets for timing and completion identifying tickets that can be resolved in-house or escalated externally
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect data and system (in conjunction with external vendors)
- Design implement and ensure efficient maintenance and compliance to all disaster recovery of our systems (globally)
- Ensure compliance with all internal organization standards as a step towards sustained quality of service.
- Manage Global IT team Regional China Manager and 2 China local IT Support Persons
- Work closely with other departments to understand and support their technology needs
- NetSuite Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support troubleshooting and training
- Create documentation and training materials for system users
- Work with developers to improve functionality and automate processes
- Manage data migrations and integrations with third-party applications (Expensify)
- Create BOM Standard Cost Rollup and Inventory Re-evaluation for inbound PHT Pharma Shipments
- Create all new Products (expect PHT Pharma Assembly Items Customers and Material Vendors for use in Headquarters subsidiaries
- Install and configure Sharepoint environment in conjunction with approved new site request assign owner to maintain site organization and data integrity
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related
- > 5 years experience in operations IT systems implementation and management
- Experience in Administration and customization of Salesforce and NetSuite
- Leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Global experience a plus
