Job Description:

Our upscale hardware distribution facility is currently seeking dedicated Order Pullers/Fillers to join our team. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency and were searching for candidates who are motivated detail-oriented and ready to contribute to our teams success.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pull and fill orders according to customer requirements and quality standards.
- Utilize provided picking lists to accurately select products from inventory.
- Organize and package selected items for shipment ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies damaged products or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Follow established procedures for quality control and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Embrace a fast-paced work environment consistently meeting productivity expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential for success in this role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
- No history of felony convictions to meet our hiring criteria.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
