Role: Travel Pharmacist
Location: Tucson AZ
Duration: 13 Weeks contract
Shift: 12-hour night shift
Schedule: 36 hours per week/3 days in a week (7on/7off schedule)

Pay breakdown:

Hourly rate - $74.00 $34.53 taxable $39.47 non-taxable
OT rate - $84.00
Weekly Gross - $2664.00 $1243.00 taxable $1421.00 stipend

Job Summary:

Pharmacist
The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications verifying prescriptions and ensuring accurate and safe medication therapy management. This role collaborates with physicians nurses and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hospital experience in high acuity acute care hospital which include NICU experience and cardiac cases such as Impella/ECMO required
AHA BLS certification required
AZ Pharmacist license required
No locals/50 miles radius rule
