Job Title: Korber Analyst Warehouse Operations

Location: Plano TX (On-site)

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking a Korber Analyst Warehouse Operations to join our team. This role will involve supporting and optimizing warehouse management systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in K rber (HighJump) WMS supply chain management and functional testing along with a passion for improving warehouse performance through technology.

Job Description

As a Korber Analyst Warehouse Operations you will be responsible for designing configuring and supporting the K rber Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet business and operational goals. The Korber Analyst Warehouse Operations will collaborate closely with supply chain IT and operations teams to ensure system stability performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead configuration and customization of the K rber WMS to enhance warehouse functionality and user experience.
Integrate WMS with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange across supply chain and logistics operations.
Conduct end-to-end functional testing to validate workflows integrations and automation logic.
Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues with minimal disruption to daily warehouse operations.
Develop reports dashboards and analytics tools to track warehouse KPIs and improve decision-making.
Train end-users create documentation and support WMS super users across multiple sites.
Collaborate with operations and IT teams to drive continuous process optimization and system enhancements.
Monitor WMS performance perform system tuning and apply patches or upgrades as required.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices to strengthen overall system support capabilities.
