Job Summary

We are looking for a new Site Manager employee to be based onsite at client but main office in Hemel Hempstead

Summary:

As a Site Manager youll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest standards. Youll lead site teams liaise with stakeholders and maintain strong control over schedules budgets and quality.

What a typical day looks like:

Oversee site activities ensuring compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
Manage subcontractors suppliers and on-site personnel.
Monitor project timelines and budgets providing regular updates to senior management.
Coordinate with clients consultants and project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Drive a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement on site.
Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

Previous experience in a Site Manager role ideally on large-scale or complex projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods safety regulations and project management practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and travel across the EMEA region as required.
Full driving license (essential).
Eligibility to work in the UK
