Pay Rate/Range:$53000/yr DOE
Description: This position plays a key leadership role in supporting and overseeing the day to day functions of the Deposit Operations department. Will be responsible for the supervision and performance or deposit operations including ACH wire transfers check processing account maintenance Reg E claims and debit card servicing. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reportings. Coach and support the staff providing coaching guidance and performance management. Will serve as backup to the Deposit Operations Manager during absences. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Must have strong analytical organizational and decision making skills and excellent communication skills. Experience working for a mid-sized to large community bank 5years of experience in a deposit operations or similar banking operations role and 2 years in a leadership role is required. Strong knowledge of debit card systems card fraud detection VISA rules and Reg E claims processing. Banking certifications are a plus.
Job Type:Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
