We are seeking an Intern who will enhance the existing screwdriver control and vision inspection systems by integrating real-time feedback mechanisms and adaptive inspection profiles thereby improving automation accuracy and quality control in the production line.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a project comprising the following two key components:
The current system restricts the use of screwdrivers based on torque settings but requires manual user input to confirm activation. The project aims to design and implement a hardware-software feedback loop that automatically detects when a screwdriver is triggered. This will eliminate the need for manual acknowledgment improving workflow efficiency and reducing human error
The Pressure Production Line currently uses two laser machines and a single vision inspection station. Due to inconsistencies in laser output the vision system struggles to apply a common inspection threshold resulting in frequent false failures. The project will involve:
