Your Role

Your Role as a Business Operations Intern Project Management exposes you to all the Business and Operational aspects of a deep-tech startup. This is a broad role that drives Business Growth through pre-project engagement and research project execution and post-project support.

You will work directly in touch with the Business and Operations Teams reporting to the Project this role you will also work with the management team.

Job Scope

• Assist the Project Manager in project preparation execution and close out to ensure that project is delivered on time within budget and with high quality.
• Facilitate internal and external stakeholders coordination assist in tracking project progress and status update maintain good quality of documentation and reporting.
• Support the Operations Team by allocating resources required for project execution and manage external vendors.
• Opportunity to handle mini project (with PM supervision)
• Support and potentially lead initiatives to improve operational excellence from ideation to rollout
• Assist the Business Team to ensure smooth revenue generation through pre and post-project support to our customers

Good to have:

• Background in a generic engineering discipline
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Jira Asana Trello Notion ).
• Experience working on group projects student clubs or events in a coordinating role.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g. timelines risks stakeholders).
• Interest in Maritime Robotics
