What a College Intern - Supply Chain Operationsdoes at HP:

• Support the operations team in various tasks related to process improvement data analysis and project management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic operations environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Document processes and ensure documents up-to-date.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the team in managing projects and ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP usually possess:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Operations Management Business Computing Data Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint PowerBI).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and different time-zones.
• Able to commit for a 5-6 months internship starting in January 2026.
