The opportunity
Join our Finance Transformation team and help clients build agile cost-effective Finance functions that drive business outcomes. Youll work across sectors on transformation programmes that integrate digital technologies analytics and automation to deliver lasting impact. This is a chance to be part of a team thats shaping the future of Finance through innovation and collaboration.
Your key responsibilities
- Working as part of diverse client engagement teams delivering high-quality work within expected timeframes and budgets.
- Building long-term client relationships and contributing to practice development through thought leadership and training.
- Supporting Finance transformation initiatives including strategy operating model design and technology enablement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client goals.
- Managing risk and ensuring stakeholders are informed throughout project delivery.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage client expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Understanding of finance and accounting technology landscape and emerging trends.
- Comfortable with business performance management ERP systems and automation tools.
Ideally Youll also have
- Experience delivering change in Finance functions across sectors such as Life Sciences Utilities and Public Sector.
- Knowledge of tools like SAP S/4HANA Oracle ERP Anaplan Tableau and RPA platforms.
- Experience in ERP and BPM implementations reporting transformation and project management.
