About the Role

Were looking for a Business Development Manager Enterprise to lead and grow our partnerships with retail and e-commerce brands in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Manager Sales Benelux this role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in B2B salesideally within the logistics tech or e-commerce sectors. Youll play a key role in driving growth through strategic partnerships managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Full Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting pitching negotiating and closing deals with clients.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to leadership on pipeline status and performance metrics.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales with a strong background in logistics technology or e-commerce sectors.
  • Youre fluent in both Dutch and English & French is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles effectively.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; comfortable with digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
