At PwC our people in brand management marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.

Those in proposal strategy at PwC will effectively communicate ideas solutions and value propositions in a written format to potential clients or stakeholders. Working in this area you will support the largest most strategic opportunities at current or prospective clients by providing end-to-end professional pursuit coaching pursuit and BXT (Business Experience Technology) sales methodology professional pursuit coaching bid management bid evaluation and copy-editing support and advice.

  • BD database infrastructure (CRM/Pipeline Management):
    • Provides statistical reports and data for stakeholders by running recurring and ad hoc reports as requested.
    • Performing analysis to assess the quality of the Pipeline data.
    • Performing pipeline data cleansing and updating through communication with the data owner to ensure accuracy.
    • Educate users on the CRM systems functionality and procedure and provide support on user issues.
    • Suggest recommendations on program and system improvements
    • Work seamlessly with the regional system development team on CRM systems enhancement
    • Engage and collaborate with relevant departments/personnel to ensure the system works effectively and the data is consistent across the system.
  • Bidadministrative process:
    • Do research onadministrative documents and requirements in thebidprocess.
    • Prepareadministrative documents needed in thebid/pursuit process (legal and/or finance documents statement letters and any otheradministrative requirements from client).
    • Liaise with various internal unit teams and ensure alladministration documents needed in thebidprocess according to the key milestone.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information System Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge research and analytical abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and strong knowledge with database management systems and various business intelligence and analytical tools.
  • Demonstrable experience of using data to draw insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environments.
  • A good team member proactive and with good problem-solving skills.
