Process organize and maintain compliance related documents reports and other required filings. Maintain accurate and up to date records of compliance activities in accordance with company policy. Prepare update and store files for audits monitoring visits and program evaluations. (Performs approximately 30% of the day)
Reporting & Communication:
Assist in preparing and submitting compliance reports to regulatory agencies. Collaborate with the internal teams management and external agencies regarding compliance matters. Respond to compliance inquiries from partners regulators and internal staff.. (Performs approximately 20% of day)
Compliance Program & Regulatory Requirements
Maintain state mandated training records and ensure all required trainings are tracked and documented. Ensure compliance by gathering and verifying Tb tests I-9 forms Workers compensation documentation and other regulatory records as required. Support policy adherence tracking and internal audit processes. Assist in ensuring compliance with California State law and other applicable regulations.(Performs approximately 25% of day)
Data & Analysis Support
Download review and interpret compliance related data and reports. Assist in identifying trends discrepancies or areas requiring corrective action. Utilize basic formulas and spreadsheets tools to support compliance data analysis. (Performs approximately 15% of day)
Other Duties as Assigned
Perform additional compliance related tasks as directed by management to support organizational needs. (Performs approximately 10% of day)
Education/Training/Experience/License Required:
Prefer a minimum of a associates degree in related field with 1 year of relevant experience in human resources management and personnel information systems; must be fluent in the English language and be able to communicate and convey information and directions effectively; be able to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships among office staff and management; be able to work and communicate effectively with supervisors peers or subordinates; must be skilled in clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records designing forms support in creating systems and processes and other related compliance procedures; maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing materials and entering information; possess skills in active listening writing organization analytical problem solving stress and time management; possess skills in the utilization of Google Suite for data analysis; able to work in a fast-paced work environment; possess a high degree of trustworthiness respect and sensitivity for others; need to demonstrate work flexibility and a sound work ethic; and meet set job related goals and objectives.
