Basic qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering or related field
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1)
- Masters degree in computer science computer engineering or related field
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C Python Java or Perl
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design operating systems algorithms data structures and complexity analysis
- Experience with distributed multi-tiered systems algorithms and relational databases
- Experience in optimization mathematics such as linear programming and nonlinear optimization
