THE ROLE:

This role is to work within our Head Office supplying facilities & property management staff across the country

Recruitment can be a complicated and challenging business with every new day offering fresh challenges but the core responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the team of Recruitment Consultants to source the most suitable candidates for vacancies.
  • Interview and vet potential candidates
  • Perform right to work checks on candidates applying for roles with Catch 22
  • Support in sending out and collating of timesheets for payroll
  • Support Consultant in Registration of Candidates looking for work
  • Ensure candidate & Client details are correct on CRM System
  • Format CVs of candidates prior to them been sent to clients
  • Answer main office telephone line
  • Support in Marketing Activity with in the organisation
  • To supply a professional rapid and efficient service to the companys clients.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a recruitment professional or administration assistant with strong Customer Service skills and have aspirations to grow and develop yourself.

We firmly believe in a relationship-based approach to recruitment and we have high standards when it comes to quality assurance customer service and our treatment of candidates at all levels. We have built a successful brand on the back of our high standards so we are looking for someone that has their own high standards in terms of their work ethic their attitude and their service delivery.

  • Salary up to 25000 per annum plus bonus opportunities
  • 3pm finish on a Friday!!
