Your opportunity
The Senior Submissions Coordinator will be an integral part of the Bid Strategy and Process National team and will work principally on coordination of bids/tenders. The Senior Submissions Coordinator works with both the Bid Managers and Precontract Managers to develop the written content of the following key communications documents that helps the company to win work and enhances the companys overall reputation.
Formal responses to Expressions of Interest
Formal responses to Requests for Tender
Responses to post tender information requests
Capability documents targeting specific clients/markets/projects
Preparation of unsolicited proposals; and
Other client focused publications
Key duties include:
Ensure all aspects of the submissions are completed and submitted to a consistent high quality professional standard by the due dates.
Ensure submissions accurately reflect CPB Contractors proposed response that they follow the requirements specified in the clients request documents; and are in line with corporate standards.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
Recognised Certificate/Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline ie Project Management Communications Administration
Relevant experience in a similar role or field
Ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workload
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team that delivers excellence
Detailed knowledge and demonstrated high level experience in publishing team management and planning
Advanced Microsoft office skills including advanced word (including template knowledge and troubleshooting)
Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative suite especially InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator are desirable.
