About the Role

We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants (Senior and Junior) to support major transformation programs across federal government and enterprise clients.
These roles involve working closely with business stakeholders architects and developers to define design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that enable efficient business operations and improved customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements define processes and translate them into D365 solution designs.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules Sales Service Marketing or Field Service including entities forms workflows and dashboards.
• Develop functional design documents (FDDs) user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical delivery.
• Conduct workshops training sessions and UAT to ensure successful user adoption.
• Support data migration testing and post-deployment stabilisation activities.
• Ensure compliance with security data integrity and accessibility standards in line with government policies.

Key Skills and Experience

Senior Functional Consultant

• Minimum 7 years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
• Proven ability to lead requirement workshops stakeholder engagement and solution design for enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of CRM modules (Sales Service Marketing Field Service).
• Experience working within Agile and multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills including experience presenting to executive stakeholders.

Junior Functional Consultant

• 2-4 years hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and delivery.
• Solid understanding of CRM functionality and business process mapping.
• Ability to prepare functional documentation test cases and assist in user support.
• Exposure to Agile delivery practices and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong learning mindset teamwork and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
• Experience integrating D365 with external systems or data sources.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility data security and compliance in government settings.
• Experience in sectors such as government utilities financial services or education.
