Job Description

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join the team at Westfield this role youll work closely with the Facilities Manager to support centre operations asset management and contractor performance ensuring safety compliance and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day facilities services across the centre.
  • Oversee tenancy coordination compliance and fit-out works.
  • Lead coach and develop Facilities Coordinators.
  • Manage asset maintenance repairs and capital works programs.
  • Contribute to lifecycle planning and budgeting.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies within the centre.
  • Participate in Duty Management roster including occasional weekends (with a day off in lieu).

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in facilities property retail or hospitality operations.
  • Strong contractor management and project delivery skills.
  • Knowledge of WHS risk and compliance practices.
  • Ability to lead and develop team members.
  • A proactive customer-focused mindset with sound problem-solving skills.
