Who you are:

This role focuses on the design development and implementation of PCA and assembly tests for RADAR system. You will collaborate with the design engineering teams to ensure new products are designed for testability and that all necessary equipment software and documentation is in place to support efficient high-quality testing. This position will require a thorough knowledge of electronics circuits (analog digital RF etc.) test development automation and troubleshooting skills.

What you will do:

  • Work and communicate well with others.
  • Work with the Test Development Team to analyze existing tests and improve documentation coverage and automation.
  • Document troubleshooting methods for use by technicians and testers.
  • Train production teams (test engineers technicians and testers) on tests and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with product design engineers to ensure that new products incorporate principles of Design for Testability.
  • Work with design engineers to add new test capabilities.
  • Work with manufacturing engineers to apply Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement concepts to identify opportunities for tooling and equipment enhancements.
  • Develop python automation of tests and configuration tasks.
  • Some familiarity with JavaScripts and/or C is a plus.
  • Use and automate test and measurement equipment such as power supplies oscilloscopes signal generators spectrum analyzers network analyzers power sensors data acquisition units and multimeters.
  • Perform system configuration using Linux OS commands.

What we require:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field from an accredited university; a Masters degree in a similar field is a plus.
  • Experience with electronics test and measurement equipment.
  • Solid project management abilities: self-motivating individual who is able to drive concepts to implementation.
