Schedule: Part-time hourly weekends night/overnight

Locally crafted flowers for fair and honest prices across locations in Chicago Milwaukee Detroit Minneapolis as well as overnight shipping to most of the Great Lakes region. We are looking for dedicated strike team members to be the face of Flowers for Dreams at venues in the Chicagoland area where we build and break down beautiful weddings and events. The Wedding and Event Strike team is a weekend evening and overnight commitment. The team breaks down hardware floral decor greenery etc at venues and then transports back to our studio.

Responsibilities:
Pack event and wedding flowers and materials
Drive Flowers for Dreams cargo vehicles must have a valid license and be comfortable driving a van or box truck
Must be able to work weekends (evenings and overnight shifts)
Breakdown hardware floral decor greenery table decor arches etc
Clean and organize event and wedding studio
Flexibility with time frames & duties
Ability to work long hours on feet working with your hands occasional heavy lifting
Greet and engage with customers onsite with a friendly professionalism
Maintain an upbeat positive energetic attitude
Ability to remain calm and problem solve while working under time pressure
Shared aesthetic preferences and values with the Flowers for Dreams brand
Abide by Flowers for Dreams dress code while at venues
