Client Relationship Management
- Working as part of the team you are responsible for day-to-day servicing to a portfoliooflargecorporateandinternationalclientsandensuringtimelydeliveryofhigh- quality service
Service Delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of endorsements certificates invoices and policy documents.
- Monitor service levels and client satisfaction resolving issues proactively.
- Understand clients business and risk management needs and support Team Lead to look for solutions including cross-selling across all products.
Strategic Support
- Assist in developing client strategies and proposals
- Support cross-selling initiatives and identify opportunities for expanding services
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain client data files service records and meeting minutes in accordance with Willis Excellence Model standards
- Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and WTWs guidelines and procedures
Program Coordination
- Liaise with Global Office and local carriers to ensure consistent service and coverage for the local clients.
- Athoroughunderstandingandanexpertrealtimeuserforallrelevantdocumentation/ processing systems
- Developingandmaintaininggeneralknowledgeandexperienceofthe(re)insurancemarket as a whole recognize and explain trends general carrier capabilities and competitiveness.
- Constantly keeping abreast of insurance product developments
- Coordinate and collaborate with specialists consultants industry experts and other critical teammembersacrossWTWsegmentsandgeographiestobringthefullcapabilitiesofWTW to the client and ensure a streamlined client experience
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Holds the relevant insurance certificates - BCP ComGI and PGI
- More than 3 years of relevant experience
- Abilitytounderstandaclientorprospectsbusinesssituationsopportunitiesproblems and key issues
- Ability to work under time pressure to ensure prompt service delivery
- Prepare client and prospect presentations
- Independentandself-motivatedindividualwhoconsistentlystrivetodeliverthebestforWTW s clients
- May hold regulatory licenses permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation
- In the absence of such will be aware of and adhere to relevant regulations
