Job Description

We are looking for someone with deep expertise in geo-based and retail-related analytics and a proven track-record as a people leader. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate success in managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced high-growth and results driven environment with a positive can-do presence and the ability to be solution driven in challenging situations while still delivering optimal results.

10 years of work experience in Market Analysis at a major retailer or related strategy consulting firm experience 12 years preferred
5 years experience as a people manager 10 years preferred
Expert in Excel. Proficient in Pages and Keynote. Tableau experience is a plus
Demonstrated experience in convincingly structuring and delivering content in written oral and formal presentations
Bachelors degree required

Demonstrated business insight and financial acumen
Proven strength in positions of leadership. Able to mobilize inspire and lead teams
Influencer who is great at connecting the dots between the analytics and strategy
Able to accommodate domestic and international travel
MBA
