Your Mission
- You lead mentor and develop an engineering team (with the perspective of leading multiple teams)
- You launch continuous improvement initiatives as part of Engineering Leadership and develop strategic plans for quality standards and architecture projects
- Together with our CTO and Tech Leads you drive our technology roadmap and ensure scalability
- You pave the way for growth whether by building new teams or leading challenging projects with business impact
- You foster our excellent engineering culture (trust collaboration ownership) and represent the team externally
RequirementsYour Superpowers
- You have Several years of leadership experience with one or more engineering teams
- You are a strong leader with excellent communication skills
- You combine strategic thinking with sharp problem-solving and strong project management skills
- You ideally come from a SaaS/startup background and bring fullstack engineering expertise
- You have a hands-on mentality and willing to tackle technical challenges yourself when needed
