Description
Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a KOB3 Sales Engineer to work with us. You will be responsible for the China KOB3 sales bookings. Building and handling customer relationships and promotion of companys image and products. Play a crucial role in implementing the KOB3 sales strategy and handling the sales channel performance.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead handle and achieve MRO/Spare parts/Service sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts.
  • Accomplish the annual KOB3 booking target proactively search and identify new opportunities in current market.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to sales channel.
  • Develop and implement key account management program to **build** more business from installed base.
  • Customers relationship management. Assist customers in resolving onsite technical problems and emergency issues to maintain and improve happiness and dedication.
  • Manage and train the LBP sales channel to improve their skill set to be capable to pursue MRO/Service business.
  • Require 40-60% travel time on customer visit and channel management.

You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.
For This Role You Will Need:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferably in Process Control Automation & Instruments Mechanical Engineering or materials.
  • proven ability in instrument automation engineer or process industry. Experience in Valve or actuator sales/On-site technical background is preferred.
  • Strategy implement KOB3 business.
  • Good communication with LBP and end user.
  • Good PC literate interpersonal effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Competence.

  • Problem solving and coordinate skills Ability to plan and organize.
  • Willing to travel frequently on business work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
