Job Summary
一项目信息管理
1. 负责项目文件图纸合同等资料的收发整理和归档工作确保资料的完整性和可追溯性
2. 协助项目经理编制项目日报周报月报汇总项目进度质量安全等信息
3. 维护项目信息管理系统将文档扫描存储至系统内及时更新系统数据及文档
二项目协调
1. 参与项目例会负责记录会议内容并整理会议纪要
2. 协助项目经理收集项目施工合同设计图纸工程量清单等资料
3. 协助项目经理与业主承包商等单位保持沟通协调并跟进设计变更及时反馈施工进度和质量问题给项目经理
三现场管理协调
1. 参加现场相关会议记录会议内容整理会议纪要
2. 协助项目经理制定项目进度计划定期检查进度执行情况及时反馈检查问题
3. 协助项目经理制定质量安全管理制度监督施工单位落实质量安全措施
4. 协助项目经理定期对施工现场进行质量检查对检查过程中发现的质量问题及时记录并拍照留存填写质量检查记录表明确问题描述
5. 协助项目经理对质量问题整改情况进行跟踪复查确保问题整改到位形成质量检查闭环管理
6. 参与施工安全事故的调查处理工作提出改进措施防止类似事故再次发生
7. 协助项目经理建立项目成本核算台账对项目施工过程中的各项费用支出进行详细记录协助项目经理审核工程进度款支付申请对成本超支风险进行预警
四日常管理工作
1. 协助项目经理做好项目团队的日常管理工作包括人员考勤绩效考核等
2. 完成项目经理交办的其他临时性工作任务如接待来访嘉宾组织项目活动等/LP
Qualifications :
1. 土木结构暖通给排水电气等机电专业本科以上学历
2. 语言表达清晰逻辑性强良好的沟通及表达能力
3. 身体健康能够满足全国各地长期出差的需要
4. 良好的英语沟通能力
5. 熟练使用相关办公软件AutoCAD Microsoft Project Microsoft Office
