Based on the Melbourne CBD campus however may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University.
About You
The Global Engagement & Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing implementing and scaling workforce training programs in Southeast Asia and the sub-continent. You will collaborate with Sales Curriculum Developers Teaching and Learning and Operations to ensure effective training for College and its partners.
Youll oversee the entire partner enablement strategyfrom creating certification frameworks and training materials to launching scalable programs that support Colleges growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator skilled at relationship-building and delivering business impact.
Working closely with the leadership team you will implement the College Global Plan managing strategy accounts contracts governance and performance monitoring. This key role reports to the Associate Director Operations and Strategic Partnerships and collaborates with College Executive and VE Leadership to achieve global operational goals.
To be successful in this position youll have as a minimum:
Extensive experience in international account management governance quality assurance and risk management functions within Industry and/or a university environment with a proven track record in achieving growth targets.
Experience in managing a team of staff to maximise performance deliver against targeted outcomes and foster an environment for staff to grow their capability and capacity.
Experience in fostering and maintaining collaborative partnerships as well as excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence persuade and resolve conflict in a cross-cultural environment.
Proven development of successful relationships with academic (or similar) communities using open and collaborative leadership styles whilst also evidencing authority in key decision making.
Outstanding leadership skills including capacity to initiate lead and manage change in a challenging and dynamic environment while striving to achieve strategic objectives.
Excellent conceptual analytical and research skills and the ability to develop and implement practical and workable solutions whilst working to tight deadlines.
Extensive knowledge of the Higher Education and the Vocational Education and Training sectors both in Australia and internationally knowledge of International education and relevant education markets and knowledge of RMITs technical depth and breadth
Qualifications
Postgraduate qualifications and significant experience in international business operational or partnership role.
Fluent in either Hindi or Bahasa (desirable).
Ability to travel
