Personal Lines Team Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Team Lead to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing two distinct Personal Lines groups including a middle-market team and a VIP team ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a deep understanding of personal lines insurance and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage two Personal Lines teams including a middle-market group handling standard packages and a VIP team.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members fostering professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for team success and client satisfaction.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
- Utilize AMS 360 software for account management and operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance with 3-5 years preferred. Prior experience managing teams is highly desirable.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not mandatory; strong leadership and management skills are prioritized.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to diverse personalities and foster a positive team culture.
