JOB TITLE:
Student Manager - Wrestling
JFNTMP
JOB PURPOSE:
Assist Wrestling coaches with practice and planning duties
JFNTMP
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with setting up practice pre-match and post-match
- Laundry
- Assist with other duties as assigned by coaching staff
- Presence at home matches
WORK LOCATION:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Current UW Student
- Experience:Wrestling experience
- Valid drivers license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to follow directions and carry out tasks
- Ability to be organized and pay attention to detail
- Previous experience as a wrestler at the high school or collegiate level
- Ability to prioritize needs and responsibilities of the team and coaches effectively
- Experience and ability to work with minimal supervision and display professional integrity
