JOB TITLE:

Student Manager - Wrestling

JOB PURPOSE:

Assist Wrestling coaches with practice and planning duties

JFNTMP

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with setting up practice pre-match and post-match
• Laundry
• Assist with other duties as assigned by coaching staff
• Presence at home matches

WORK LOCATION:

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Current UW Student
• Experience:Wrestling experience
• Valid drivers license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to follow directions and carry out tasks
• Ability to be organized and pay attention to detail
• Previous experience as a wrestler at the high school or collegiate level
• Ability to prioritize needs and responsibilities of the team and coaches effectively
• Experience and ability to work with minimal supervision and display professional integrity
